Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)
FRC was developed from the scientific literature. Where other systems emphasize passive movements (foam rolling, stretching with bands, static stretching), the main goal of FRC is to activate movement by teaching the nervous system how to control passive ranges (which in essence is the definition of mobility).
With FRC, we teach your joints how to move well while taking in information of articular health. We teach you how to take note of your current physical state, prime your central nervous system, and provide nutrients for your joints.
